Quick Summary

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment Deposit:

To secure your preferred appointment time, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your notary service once the notarization is completed.

Your appointment is confirmed once payment of the deposit has been processed successfully.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Advance notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment so we may offer the slot to another client.

Late cancellations / No-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit.

We understand unexpected events occur. If circumstances prevent attendance, contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Refunds:

Eligibility: Completed notarial acts are non-refundable due to the nature of the service. Refunds are available only for prepaid services not yet rendered.

Refundable circumstances include:

  • Appointment Cancellation: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, payments made beyond the $25 deposit are eligible for refund.
  • Service Unavailability: If Interstellar Notary must cancel or cannot fulfill your session due to internal or technical reasons, we will issue a full refund, including the deposit.

To request a refund, submit a refund request via the form or email us within 3 business days of payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary by financial institution.

Policy Agreement :

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and refund policy. Our goal is to provide fair and consistent service for all clients; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Note: Government or third-party fees (such as apostille or consular charges) are typically non-refundable once submitted. We will notify you prior to any such submission.
